The TG-EL-LF has a lever based design. It has a powerful mechanical advantage that permits its use with all fuel oils, including highly viscous #6 oil. Provide a float type level sensor to provide accurate level monitoring that is unaffected by changes in the specific gravity of the tank liquid, and is suitable for use with non-corrosive fluids and fuels up to and including #6 fuel oil. The level sensor head shall be connected to a float assembly by a mechanical linkage. The sensor head assembly shall mount to the tank through a standard 2" NPT tank opening and must be field calibrated. The level sensor shall be Preferred Instruments, Danbury, CT, Model TG-EL-LF.
The TG-EL-LF Lever Float Level Sensor is a lever based design. It has a powerful mechanical advantage that permits its use with all fuel oils, including the highly viscous No. 6. An externally operated mechanism permits calibration, checking of float swing, and positive verification of overfill alarm operation.
